Brian is the newest member of Petra’s Pastoral Team, beginning in June, 2010. Prior to his hiring at Petra, Brian and his wife Kristina served as missionaries for four years with Eagles’ Wings Ministry in Clarence, NY. At Eagles’ Wings, he gained further ministerial experience as a speaker, spiritual life pastor, educational coordinator, administrator, and Bible study leader. His foreign missions experience includes trips to Colombia, Ecuador, and Haiti as well as leading a collegiate-level educational program in Israel. In addition to graduating from Messiah College with a BA in Biblical Studies, Brian has studied at Jerusalem University College in Israel. The Flewellings are thrilled about the latest addition to their family, Ariana Zion, born in March of 2010. When not involved in ministry or family life, Brian enjoys blue skies, a book between his hands, building houses, pen and ink drawings, and sand between all ten toes.
