Foundations – February 28 – May 15
Foundations is a twelve week discipleship journey that will help you capture the passion of your faith and connect you with other people on your spiritual journey. Experience faith community like it was practiced in the early church! Encourage a friend to take the class with you. Prepare to engage God and be transformed! Foundations meets every Tuesday 6:30-9:00 p.m. A meal and childcare are provided. Register online or call the church office.

Revolutionary Parenting – February 23 – March 29
Do you want to learn how to make a lasting impact in the spiritual lives of your children? Through research George Barna discovered the essential steps parents took to shape their kids spiritual lives in childhood. He also learned surprising truths about which popular parenting tactics just aren't working. This group begins Thursday evenings February 23, and runs six weeks through the end of March. They will meet in 217 from 7:00-8:30p.m. Register online or call the church office.


Start a Sermon Based Small Group
Are you looking for a small group community at Petra? Have you considered starting your own? This February start your own sermon-based small group based off the upcoming sermon series Nehemiah (February 5th –March 25th). Leading a small group is a very user-friendly process. We provide a seminar to get you on your feet, weekly discussion questions, a personal coach along the way, and ongoing training for those that want to continue to meet. We’ll also help you set up the details for your group and help you publicize. Please contact Pastor Brian if you are interested.

This fall we are serving pizza from 6-6:30. The groups will follow from 6:45-8:15. Our groups are for: parents, adoptive teens, adoptive children ages 7+. We also provide child care for children through age 11. The cost is $5 for pizza meal for the entire family.
